We're seeking a dedicated video editor to become our long-term creative partner. We want someone who'll grow with us from 100k to 1 million subscribers and help shape the tone and style of our content.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a full-time retainer position with clear growth trajectory:

PHASE 1 (Month 1-2): Foundation
- 4 long-form videos monthly
- Learn our style and workflow
- Weekly feedback calls
- Trial period for mutual fit

PHASE 2 (Month 3-4): Expansion
- 4 long-form videos
- Add 10+ Shorts per video repurposed from long form videos
- Implement AI tools together

PHASE 3 (Month 5+): Scale
- 5-6 long-form videos
- Full short-form strategy
- Special projects
- Potential thumbnail work (paid additionally)

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

- PHP 60,000-70,000 monthly (based on experience)
- Stable salary through all growth phases
- Always paid on time via Wise/PayPal
- 13th month bonus
- Performance bonuses for viral videos (1M+ views)
- Clear path to PHP 80,000+ for exceptional performance
- Thumbnail work paid separately

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
2+ years YouTube editing experience (not just general video editing)
Advanced screen recording editing
Motion graphics capability (After Effects or similar)
Color grading expertise
Audio optimization skills
Understanding of YouTube retention metrics

COMMUNICATION:
FLUENT English (written and spoken)
Comfortable with weekly video calls
Can explain creative decisions clearly
Handles feedback professionally
Responsive on WhatsApp

RELIABILITY:
25+ Mbps internet WITH backup connection
Consistent 2-3 day turnaround
Available for minimum 1 year commitment
Can provide 2 references from long-term clients (6+ months)

AI UNDERSTANDING:
Genuinely interested in AI/technology
Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, no-code or automation
Can understand and visualize tech concepts
