Hours: Part-time (approx. 20 hours per week)
Timezone: Flexible (your own working hours) with one required weekly sync meeting in CST time zone

Experience: Prior programmatic SEO knowledge required

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Programmatic SEO Assistant to join our team and help execute programmatic SEO (pSEO) campaigns for multiple clients each month. This is not a generic VA role — we need someone who truly understands why pSEO matters, how it works, and the value it brings to client growth.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for finalizing 5–10 programmatic SEO plays per month, each consisting of hundreds of long-tail, AI-assisted content pages. You’ll use our SOPs and guides to structure, refine, and organize these pages in Google Sheets and Docs, ensuring they’re accurate, high-quality, and ready for review by client managers.
This position is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of programmatic SEO — from keyword strategy and page structuring to publishing workflows and SEO benefits. You’ll need to balance scale with quality, making sure hundreds of pages per client campaign are not only completed but also aligned with SEO best practices.

Responsibilities

Execute 5–10 programmatic SEO plays per month, each involving hundreds of content pages.

Use AI tools to draft large-scale content, then refine for clarity, accuracy, and SEO alignment.

Organize all deliverables in Google Sheets with linked Google Docs for each page.

Follow SOPs for plagiarism checks, keyword hierarchy, and page formatting.

Ensure content reflects a deep understanding of programmatic SEO (not just surface-level).

Deliver clean, review-ready work to client managers for feedback and revisions.

Attend weekly sync meetings for updates, feedback, and workflow improvements.

Suggest ways to improve workflows, tools, or processes for greater efficiency.



Skills + Qualifications

Strong knowledge of programmatic SEO — why it works, how it scales, and the benefits for clients.

Prior experience managing or contributing to pSEO campaigns.

Comfort with Google Sheets + Docs organization (hundreds of files per campaign).

Ability to work independently while following SOPs and detailed processes.

Experience using AI tools for drafting content and refining it for SEO.

Attention to detail (grammar, keyword usage, formatting, content quality).

Strong communication skills for providing updates, asking questions, and collaborating on improvements.

Proactive mindset — ability to suggest new approaches, tools, or workflows to improve output.



Compensation & Logistics

Part-time role: approx. 20 hours per week.

Work remotely with flexible hours, but attend one weekly CST sync meeting.

Compensation: $4/hour (~$350/month).
