Senior Healthcare Recruiter – Cebu City Only

Bloom Virtual is a growing outsourcing and business support company. We specialize in Virtual Assistants, Offshore Recruitment, and Sales Development for global clients.

Right now, we’re expanding and looking for a Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our Cebu team. You’ll be supporting a US-based staffing firm that recruits top medical and healthcare professionals across the United States.

What You’ll Do

This isn’t your average recruiting gig. You’ll:
Recruit healthcare professionals for the US market using LinkedIn & other platforms
Write and post attractive job ads
Source, screen, and interview candidates
Manage offers, onboarding, and check-ins
Support clients with account management activities (like attending requirement briefings and service reviews)
Be part of a small but growing, fun, and collaborative team

Responsibilities (the “official” stuff)

Turn client job specs into eye-catching job ads

Use creative Boolean searches to find hidden talent

Talk to candidates via phone, email, video calls, SMS, and LinkedIn

Pre-screen and coach candidates before presenting them to clients

Format resumes & keep ATS/CRM records updated

Coordinate interviews and give timely feedback

Support candidates during onboarding

Join team huddles to share wins and challenges

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related field

2–10 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)

Strong English skills (spoken & written)

Great communicator, professional, and confident

Familiar with ATS, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools

Tech savvy (Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Teams, etc.)

Problem solver with good commercial awareness

Able to work US hours (late nights / graveyard shift) ????

Location

Cebu IT Park (hybrid setup – mix of office + WFH flexibility)

Cebu candidates only – must be willing to work onsite when required

Compensation & Perks

Salary: 18,000 – 40,000 PHP / month (negotiable based on experience)
