Part-Time Customer Service & Client Success Assistant (with Growth to Full-Time)

Hi there!

We’re Live Love Skate ( ---------- ), a fun, family-focused children’s activity center, and we’re looking for a rockstar virtual assistant to help us provide world-class service to families and grow our community.

If you’re great with people, detail-oriented, and love helping families feel supported—you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

Your role will focus on client acquisition and retention by providing warm, professional customer service.

Communicate with families and prospects via phone, text, email, and Facebook (all inside our CRM).

Send friendly, timely responses using pre-written templates (with support from management for any exceptions).

Assist parents with scheduling needs such as make-ups, transfers, and enrollments.

Share evaluation results and follow-ups with families.

Help onboard new students and check in with existing families to ensure they’re satisfied and engaged.

Keep the owner and manager in the loop and escalate questions when needed.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent English skills (both written and spoken).

A team player who is reliable, professional, and eager to learn.

Ability to understand client questions and match them to the appropriate response template.

Tech-comfortable (CRM, email, messaging platforms).

Someone who genuinely enjoys supporting families and kids.

Hours & Schedule

Start at 20 hours per week (4 hours/day, 5 days/week).

Work hours fall between 12 PM – 9 PM EST.

Potential to grow into a full-time role.
