Graphic Design Assistant

Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This position will begin with project-based updates to existing marketing materials in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. Over time, this role has the potential to grow into creating original designs (flyers, brochures, postcards, web/social images) while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Work with provided InDesign and Photoshop raw files.
• Make updates to existing flyers, including but not limited to:
• Text adjustments
• Image replacement
• Rearranging text and images for layout improvements
• Provide a quick turnaround time (1–2 days, depending on scope).
• Deliver updated raw files along ---------- eg format exports for each project.
As the role grows:
• Create new marketing assets (flyers, brochures, social/web images).
• Maintain and strengthen brand consistency across all materials.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• Strong eye for design, layout, and typography.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and instructions carefully.
• Reliable internet connection and availability to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects.
Preferred (but not required):
• Experience in creating digital assets for social media and websites.
• Familiarity with brand identity systems.
Work Hours & Compensation:
• Part-time, project-based to start, with potential to expand into a long-term role.
• Must be able to deliver updates within 1–2 business days per project.
