Graphics Designer / Video Editor w/ Good English

I am looking for a part time graphics designer that is able to create graphics from scratch for web content, eBooks, and other web based creatives. This person will also need some video editing abilities. Please respond with examples of your work. If you have copy writing experience that would be a bonus.
