Video Editing & Social Media Publishing Specialist (Real Estate + Fitness Content)

I am building 2-3 brands:

Real Estate Content (short-form and long-form video for property marketing & personal branding)

Fitness & Men’s Health Brand (the 2X Ripped Blueprint, a high-performance system for men 40–60 to get lean and strong with minimal workouts).

I will produce a steady stream of raw video. What I need is YOU to help me multiply content, edit it so it POPS and gets Increasingly more VIEWS + ENGAGEMENT, and of course publish it consistently across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) so we're MAXIMIZING opportunities.

Edit short-form videos (15–90 sec) and long-form content (3–15 min).

Add captions, hooks, transitions, b-roll, and light background music.

Repurpose raw video into multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).

Create 2 thumbnail variations per video for split-testing.

Write strong titles and SEO-optimized descriptions (using AI tools).

Schedule content across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels.

Track video performance (views, watch time, engagement) and suggest improvements.

Stay up to date with current video trends in fitness, real estate, and short-form content.

???? Tools You Should Know (or Be Ready to Learn)

Editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or Descript.

AI Tools: OpusClip, ChatGPT, or similar for captions/titles/SEO.

Publishing: YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Scheduler.

Design: Canva, Typeset (I have access) or Photoshop (for thumbnails).

Can balance professionalism (real estate) with energy and edge (fitness content).

Self-starter: I give you the footage ? you edit, package, and publish.

Detail-oriented and reliable (no missed deadlines).

Comfortable using AI tools to speed up workflow.

Excellent written English (for titles, captions, and descriptions).

MUST have FAST, CONSISTENTLY reliable internet. I'm sorry, "the internet is down today" just won't work for me right now.
