We are a fast-growing, 7-figure Shopify dropshipping business scaling into new markets. If you live inside Ads Manager, know how to squeeze more ROAS from every euro, and love turning good creatives into profitable campaigns — this is for you.

2. Position Overview

We’re hiring a Media Buyer to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads) for our stores. You’ll run structured tests, identify winners, scale, and revive proven products with fresh angles.

3. Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns
- Build test plans and iterate quickly based on data.
- Monitor KPIs and make daily optimization decisions.
- Scale winners, budgets, and placements while maintaining profitability.
- Revive old winners with new creatives.
- Stay compliant with platform policies and flag risks proactively.

4. Requirements

- 1+ year of Shopify dropshipping media buying (NOT Amazon).
- Proven track record improving ad performance and hitting CPA targets at scale.
- Strong in Ads Manager, UTMs, and funnel metrics.
- Comfortable running multiple markets, budgets, and creative tests simultaneously.
- Organized, numbers-driven, and proactive in proposing next tests/scales.

5. Salary & Benefits
