About Us
We are a real estate investment company specializing in acquiring and managing mobile home communities in select U.S. markets. Our team is growing, and we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with our outreach campaigns using REI Reply. The role is focused on contacting mobile home park owners, verifying contact information, and identifying potential opportunities for acquisition.

Responsibilities
Use REI Reply to contact mobile home park owners via phone, SMS, or other communication channels.
Verify that phone numbers and contact details in our database are accurate and up to date.
Speak with property owners (following a provided script) to determine:
If they are the correct decision-maker.
If they have interest in selling their mobile home community.
Record detailed call notes and update the CRM (REI Reply) with outcomes.
Tag and organize contacts based on lead status (e.g., not interested, follow-up needed, motivated seller).
Communicate with our acquisitions team to pass along qualified leads.
Perform basic research on properties or owners when needed.

Qualifications
Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, cold caller, or lead generation specialist preferred.
Experience with REI Reply, Podio, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems (a plus, but training provided).
Excellent spoken and written English.
Comfortable making outbound calls and having professional conversations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
Ability to follow scripts and adapt as needed in conversations.
