Position Overview
We are looking for a Meta Ads Creative Specialist to produce high-volume ad creatives for
Responsibilities
• Create ~30 static ad creatives per week (primarily static) using Canva, AI tools, or other design software.
• Write or adapt ad copy to pair effectively with each creative.
• Collaborate with the media buyer to review campaign performance and identify which creatives are working.
• Adjust and iterate designs based on feedback, testing results, and performance data.
• Ensure creatives align with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Stay updated on Meta creative best practices for higher engagement and conversions.
Qualifications
• Proficiency with Canva, AI design tools, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of ad creative best practices for Meta
• Ability to consistently deliver high volumes of creative work on time.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with media buyers.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and adaptability to feedback.
• Bonus: Experience creating engaging short-form videos or animated content.
