Email & Contact Research Specialist for Gaming Brand Outreach
The Role
You’ll research and log email addresses and contact information for gaming brands from TikTok influencer content. This is straightforward data entry work requiring attention to detail and systematic execution.
What You’ll Actually Do (Step-by-Step)
1. Open the Google Sheet we provide (contains brand names and TikTok video links)
2. Take the brand name, find their website domain
3. Search the domain on Hunter.io (we provide login access) to find email addresses
4. If Hunter.io has no results, click the TikTok video link and check the creator’s bio for the brand website
5. Log the following in the Google Sheet:
• Email address(es)
• Contact name(s)
• Job title/role for each contact
1. Move to next brand, repeat
What We’re Looking For
Required:
• Reliable internet connection and computer
• Experience with Google Sheets
• Attention to detail (one wrong email costs us a potential partnership)
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Can commit to [X hours per week/month]
Preferred:
• Previous experience with Hunter.io or similar email finding tools
• Experience with data entry or research tasks
• Familiarity with TikTok platform
