About Us

We are a growing construction and real estate development group managing multiple entities and complex financial operations. Our work involves acquisitions, development, and management of construction projects, each with its own reporting, compliance, and cash flow requirements. We’re looking for a strategic financial partner — not just a bookkeeper — who can help us stay financially sharp, compliant, and ahead of the curve.

The Role

We need an experienced CFO-level Bookkeeper & QuickBooks power user who thrives in a dynamic, multi-entity environment. This role will oversee and maintain the entire financial structure of our group, from day-to-day bookkeeping to high-level reporting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight & Entity Management

Maintain and reconcile books for multiple construction entities and projects.

Accurately record notes, closing statements, intercompany transfers, and complex transactions.

Oversee cash management across different entities and banking relationships.

Reporting & Compliance

Deliver timely, accurate financial reports — AR/AP, cash flow, P&L, balance sheets — for each entity and consolidated.

Prepare and review month-end and year-end closing.

Support external accountants or auditors with tax filings and compliance requirements.

Strategic Financial Support

Provide proactive insights and recommendations for cost control and cash flow optimization.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling for multiple projects.

Ensure QuickBooks is fully optimized, clean, and audit-ready at all times.

Requirements

Expert QuickBooks Online & Desktop skills — able to optimize multi-entity workflows, automation, and reporting.

CFO / Controller / Senior Bookkeeper experience — preferably 7+ years in construction, development, or related industries.

Deep knowledge of construction accounting, job costing, AR/AP cycles, and WIP reporting.

Proven track record in closing books, producing financial packages, and supporting strategic decisions.

Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and proactively flag issues before they become problems.

Nice-to-have:

U.S. GAAP familiarity and experience supporting U.S.-based owners or CPA firms.

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets reporting and dashboard building.

Familiarity with property development funding structures and intercompany loans.

Why Work With Us

Competitive, above-market pay for top talent.

Long-term, stable contract — we’re looking for a trusted partner, not a temp.

Flexible remote work with autonomy and respect for your expertise.

Opportunity to work closely with leadership and make a real impact on financial strategy.

???? How to Apply
Send your resume/CV, portfolio of reports you’ve prepared (AR, cash flow, job costing, etc.), and a short note about your relevant construction accounting and QuickBooks experience to ----------
