I am a solo real estate agent with 14+ years of experience in the U.S., looking for a detail-oriented and creative Real Estate CRM + Marketing Specialist to help me maximize my LOFTY CRM system and streamline my business operations.

Job Responsibilities

LOFTY CRM Management

Set up and optimize LOFTY CRM (pipelines, workflows, automations)

Import, organize, and manage contact lists

Create drip campaigns and client follow-up sequences

Marketing Support

Design newsletters, landing pages, and property websites using LOFTY

Assist with social media content (graphics in Canva, reels editing if possible)

Set up lead capture tools and follow-up automation

Integration & Automation

Connect and manage integrations (Calendly)

Automate responses using AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)

Data & Analytics

Track campaign and lead performance with clear reports

Suggest improvements to increase lead conversion

Qualifications

Proven experience with LOFTY CRM (or similar real estate CRM platforms)

Familiar with Canva, Calendly

Strong English communication skills (written + spoken)

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Bonus: experience with video editing (Reels/Shorts)

Work Details

Part-time to start, with potential for long-term/full-time role

Flexible hours, but must be available for U.S. business overlap
