About Me:
My name is Rich, and I run two businesses in Northern Michigan, USA:
Shiny Homes Inc. – residential building & remodeling.
Licensed Realtor – helping buyers & sellers in Northern Michigan.
I’m looking for a full-time, dedicated Virtual Assistant who is motivated, detail-oriented, and excited to help grow both businesses.
Tasks You Will Handle
Social Media & Marketing:
Create and schedule daily posts on
Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages.
Make flyers, property descriptions, and marketing materials (using Canva).
Lead Generation & CRM Management:
Call and follow up with real estate & home improvement leads (using scripts).
Manage client information inside CRM (buyers, sellers, project leads).
Set appointments for me with potential clients.
Admin Support:
Calendar &
Organizing documents, checklists, and files.
Research tasks (vendors, competitors, market info).
Requirements:
Excellent English speaking & writing skills.
Previous experience in real estate or construction VA work is a BIG plus.
Social media management skills.
Comfortable with Google Workspace, Canva, CRMs, and dialer systems.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time hours (at least 4 hours overlap).
Hours & Pay
Full-time: 40 hours per week.
Pay: $4–$6 USD per hour, depending on skills and experience.
Paid weekly via PayPal or Wise.
Long-term position (not short-term gig).
Additional Details
Interviews will begin next week.
Must be able to start within the next 2 weeks.
Training provided for the right person with the right attitude.
