JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and well-organized Social Media Manager who can manage our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and is also skilled in project management tools and graphic design. You should also be able to handle office tasks to support our daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and post content across social media platforms

Create engaging graphics, reels & stories (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Use project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion) for task coordination

Handle office/admin tasks (Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Docs, emails)

Develop creative campaign ideas and marketing concepts

Conduct research and assist in various organizational tasks

Requirements:

Proven experience in Social Media Management

Strong skills with project management tools

Solid background in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar)

Good English communication (German is a plus, not mandatory)

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Creativity, reliability & ability to work independently
