At Candid Founders, we’ve taken our own brand to 1,000+ wholesale stockists and now help other product-based businesses do the same. From Faire to international distribution, we’ve built a proven growth playbook that helps brands go from ticking over to becoming category winners.

We’re looking for an Account Executive who loves variety — one day digging into account audits, the next drafting a client case study, and the next refining operational processes that help brands scale faster. This isn’t just account management — it’s about helping brands grow.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead Collection & Prospecting
• Oversee our automated lead generation process, ensuring leads are accurate, segmented, and ready for outreach.

Client Operations
• Keep multiple client accounts organised and on track, supporting onboarding, reporting, and day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with founders and clients to align on priorities and deliver updates that drive confidence and progress.

Account Audits & Reviews
• Carry out detailed account reviews, highlight areas for improvement, and present practical recommendations.

Account Growth Initiatives
• Spot and implement growth opportunities — from reducing late shipments, to recommending design updates, to exploring distributor partnerships.

Marketing Initiatives
• Draft client case studies and success stories to showcase wins and support our marketing activity.

SEO & Email Support
• Where needed, draft SEO copy or email campaigns, and work alongside our specialist writers to ensure content is sharp and effective.

What You’ll Bring
• Some experience or transferable skills in account management, operations, or digital marketing — but we’re also open to ambitious applicants with no direct experience who are eager to learn.
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects at once.
• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Curiosity and problem-solving mindset, with eagerness to learn and grow.
• Familiarity with wholesale platforms (Faire, Abound, Handshake) is a plus but not required.
• Attention to detail — mention Faire2026Test in your application in the final question in the google form
• Nice to have is agency experience, although not 100% necessary

What you won't do:
• Manually generating leads by scraping google maps, we have a system for this
