VA with Graphic Design & Editing Skills

We are looking for a serious and reliable Virtual Assistant who can also handle graphic design and video editing tasks.
The position combines standard VA / Dispatcher responsibilities with creative support for our marketing and operations team.

Responsibilities

VA / Dispatcher Duties:
• Answer incoming calls and handle client inquiries professionally
• Schedule and coordinate technicians’ arrival times
• Manage confirmations, follow-ups, and office tasks
• Provide general administrative support

Graphic & Creative Duties:
• Create and edit images, flyers, and marketing materials
• Edit promotional videos and ad creatives
• Support with visuals for social media and campaigns
• Work on design-related tasks as assigned



Compensation

• Starting: $350/month
• After 2–3 months: $400/month



Work Hours

• Coverage window: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM Texas time (CST)
• 10-hour shifts (not all covered by one person)
• Flexible: split shifts or assign specific days with the team



Requirements

• Excellent English (spoken & written)
• Professional, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Stable internet connection & reliable power backup
• Minimum tools required: Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Premiere Pro
• Ability to multitask and balance admin with creative work
• Prior VA, dispatching, or design/editing experience is a strong advantage
