CRM & Systems Specialist (GoHighLevel + SuiteDash)

Overview:

Pearson Financial Services (PFS) is a luxury financial services brand that provides tax preparation, business formation, credit education, and financial literacy tools. We help individuals and entrepreneurs file smart, build wealth, and create legacy through professional systems and automation.

We are rebuilding our main website and funnel system inside GoHighLevel (GHL) and need someone experienced, creative, and highly skilled. The ideal candidate will bring both technical and design expertise to create a cohesive system that looks and feels like a premium brand experience.

Scope of Work:

We are building a fully automated client workflow across GoHighLevel and SuiteDash that connects the entire client journey from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

Designing and building a luxury-branded website and funnel system in GoHighLevel

Creating custom hero banners, branded graphics, and portal visuals that fit our business aesthetic

Setting up client intake forms, consent and authorization forms, and related workflows

Building automations, pipelines, triggers, and email and SMS templates inside GHL

Integrating SuiteDash for onboarding, form completion, digital signatures, and document uploads

Ensuring a seamless flow from lead capture to onboarding to payment to client portal access

Testing all systems to confirm automation accuracy and client experience consistency

Workflow Example:

Lead is captured through a GHL funnel (ads, social media, or referrals)

Automation sends onboarding email and directs client to SuiteDash portal

Client completes branded intake and authorization forms, uploads documents, and signs agreements

GHL triggers updates, reminders, and internal notifications

SuiteDash manages client progress, signatures, and document tracking

All systems must be visually consistent, easy to use, and represent a premium financial brand.

Qualifications:

Proven experience building websites and funnels in GoHighLevel

Ability to design custom graphics, hero banners, and branded visuals

Experience setting up GHL automations, forms, pipelines, and triggers

Bonus: Familiarity with SuiteDash setup for client onboarding and portal customization

Strong understanding of branding and user experience design
