Pearson Financial Services is a fast-growing tax and financial services firm expanding into credit restoration. We are seeking an experienced Credit Repair Specialist to build our credit repair department, implement systems, and manage dispute processes with accuracy and compliance. This role requires someone who can deliver measurable results and establish a structured, professional credit workflow.

Responsibilities
Systems Setup & Operations

Recommend the best credit repair software for company use (DisputeFox, Client Dispute Manager, etc.)

Set up, integrate, and optimize the chosen platform

Create workflows, dispute cycles, templates, and internal processes

Client Dispute Management

Perform detailed credit report reviews and develop tailored dispute strategies

Prepare and process dispute letters and follow-up correspondence

Track dispute cycles, client progress, and results

Maintain accurate, organized documentation for each client

Training & Compliance

Educate tea ---------- mbers on credit repair procedures

Train leadership on industry best practices

Ensure all operations follow FCRA, FDCPA, and Metro 2 compliance standards

Requirements

Minimum 2 years professional credit repair experience

Proven results using platforms like DisputeFox or Client Dispute Manager

Strong understanding of FCRA, FDCPA, and compliance protocols

Ability to build structured systems and workflows from the ground up

Clear communication skills and the ability to train others

Detail-oriented, organized, and consistent

? Required: Credit Repair Portfolio
