Data Entry Specialist – Product SKU Management

We’re looking for detail-oriented data entry specialists to help upload and manage a large volume of product SKUs on our e-commerce platform. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, efficient, and experienced with handling product data in spreadsheets and online store backends.

Responsibilities:
Enter product titles, descriptions, pricing, and other details accurately.
Upload and organize product images.
Format product information consistently according to provided guidelines.
Maintain data accuracy and flag any missing or inconsistent information.
Update and manage product variations (e.g., sizes, colors, etc.).
Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly SKU upload targets.

Requirements:
Proven experience with data entry or e-commerce product uploads (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms is a plus).
Comfortable working in Google Sheets or Excel.
Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters.
Good communication skills in English.
Reliable internet connection.
Ability to follow clear instructions and work independently.

Bonus Points:
Experience with bulk CSV product uploads.
Familiarity with SEO-friendly product descriptions.

Compensation:
Hourly or per-SKU rate (depending on experience).
