Job Description: Content Creator (Podcast Clips)

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative Content Creator to turn our 90-minute podcast interviews into short, engaging video clips for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. The ideal candidate understands how to identify the most compelling ---------- nts from long-form conversations and repurpose them into scroll-stopping, shareable clips.

Responsibilities

Watch/listen to 90-minute podcast interviews and select the most engaging, thought-provoking, or entertaining ---------- nts.

Edit selected clips (30–90 seconds) with strong hooks at the beginning to immediately capture attention.

Add captions, titles, and minimal on-screen text for clarity and engagement.

Incorporate b-roll or relevant visuals when needed, while keeping edits generally clean and minimalist.

Ensure content is optimized for vertical video formats and social media platforms.

Maintain brand consistency across all clips (tone, fonts, colors, logos, etc.).

Deliver a consistent volume of clips from each episode on schedule (3 clips/week).

Requirements

Proven experience creating social media video content (portfolio required).

Proficiency with video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).

Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention strategies.

Ability to identify viral-worthy ---------- nts from long-form conversations.

Familiarity with social media platforms and trends (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).

Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
