Social Media Expert

I'm looking for for someone to help me manage social media for 2 websites. One is a Shopify e-commerce site, the other is an affiliate marketing site.
For the Shopify site I need someone who can post ads on classified sites and also post targeted product ads on FB, Amazon, Instagram and Pinterest.
The affiliate site also needs marketing on Pinterest, and article sites, youtube and google +.
I just don't have the time to handle the SM side, but I can handle the content for the affiliate site and the product additions to the Shopify site.
