Location: Remote but requires a fast & stable internet connection, and a good laptop/PC to handle tasks like photo/video editing (we'll train in-house, don't worry)

Salary: $3/hour + yearly raises + yearly performance bonuses

Hours: 8-hour shift begins at 10 am ET (NY Time), 6 days a week, Mon-Fri + one day on the weekend (your choice)

Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be trained in-house to be a jack of all trades.

In training, you'll learn

--How to conduct property research and due diligence
--How to edit property photos and videos
--How to make phone calls to the US customers or for conducting research

This role requires an extremely high level of attention to detail, as any errors in data entry could have significant financial implications.

--Excellent data entry skills
--Ability to work independently and as part of a world-class team
--Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic

--Willing to be trained in various tasks like making phone calls, photo/video editing, etc.
