Virtual Assistant – TikTok Shop Operations

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our TikTok Shop team. Your responsibilities will include:

Video Tracking: Tally and record the number of TikTok Shop videos that have been posted each day across our accounts.

Creator Outreach: Message and engage with potential new creators following our outreach scripts, with the goal of onboarding them to our team.

Reporting: Provide daily/weekly updates on video posting consistency and new creator responses.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Comfortable using TikTok, Google Drive/Sheets, and messaging platforms.

Clear communication and ability to follow SOPs.

Self-motivated with reliable availability.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, efficient, and eager to support a fast-growing TikTok Shop business.
