GoHighLevel Specialist – Pre-Built Workflows, Automations & Funnels

Job Overview

We’re looking for a GoHighLevel (GHL) expert who already has ready-made workflows, automations, funnels, and landing page templates that are proven to work for:

Contractors & home services

Coaches & consultants

Real estate agencies

Marketing / GHL agencies

Other small businesses

If you’ve already built and used these systems successfully, we want you. This is NOT a “learn as you go” role — we’re hiring someone who can plug in proven assets right away.

Responsibilities

Deploy and customize pre-built workflows, automations, and snapshots.

Implement funnels and landing page templates that convert.

Adapt templates to fit different industries quickly.

Document setups and train our team on how to use them.

Build new funnels/systems only if needed.

Qualifications

Must already have a library of GHL workflows, funnels, or snapshots.

Strong experience with GoHighLevel.

Knowledge of automations, triggers, campaigns, and pipeline flows.

Experience with funnel/landing page design and optimization.

Strong communication skills (can explain setups to our team).

Nice to Have

Funnels/workflows for niches like roofing, dental, med spas, coaching, etc.

Experience with review management and appointment booking flows.

Copywriting skills to improve funnel conversions.
