Social Media Content Designer

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-savvy Social Media Content Designer to join our team at LadyBoss. In this role, you’ll transform raw content (photos, b-roll, podcast snippets, video clips) into high-impact posts that inspire and connect with our community across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and beyond.
This position is not just about making things “look good.” It’s about understanding our audience, capturing the LadyBoss voice and energy, and creating content that makes women stop scrolling, feel inspired, and take action.


Key Responsibilities

Design eye-catching graphics, carousels, and static posts that align with the LadyBoss brand.
Edit engaging short-form video content (reels, TikToks, podcast snippets, b-roll).
Repurpose raw footage and assets into platform-ready social media content.
Collaborate with the team to support weekly content calendars, promotions, and launches.
Stay ahead of social media design trends to ensure LadyBoss content stands out and feels fresh.


Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
A sharp eye for aesthetic, typography, and storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in social media content creation strongly preferred.


Application Test (Required)
We want to see how you approach real LadyBoss content. To be considered, you must complete a 2-part test:

Graphic Design Test – Create a carousel post using provided brand assets.
Video Editing Test – Edit a short reel from provided b-roll footage.
