Job Title: Virtual Assistant – CRM Integrator & AI Tools Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be our Integrator—responsible for keeping systems, data, and processes aligned across multiple platforms. You’ll work directly with CRMs, AI websites, and real estate tools, ensuring everything is organized, up-to-date, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Manage and update CRM systems (Zillow, GHL, etc.) with accuracy.

Work with AI platforms such as Abicus AI, HeyGen, Gemini, and ChatGPT.

Handle data entry, clean-up, and reporting across multiple systems.

Upload and maintain property data on Zillow and other platforms.

Assist with integrations and automations between CRMs and AI tools.

Support team with administrative tasks as needed.

Communicate clearly in fluent American English (both written and spoken).

Self-learn and problem-solve when facing new platforms, tools, or tasks—figure things out quickly with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.

Strong understanding of CRM systems (GHL, Zillow, etc.).

Comfortable using AI websites and tools for workflow tasks.

Excellent data entry and organizational skills.

Fluent in American English (must be able to communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients).

Fast learner with a self-starter mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do; you figure it out.

Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)

Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology.

Experience setting up automations or API integrations.

Knowledge of video tools like HeyGen for content generation.
