???? Part-Time Virtual Assistant (20 hrs/week) – Early Career, Multi-Skilled, Growth Opportunity ????

I’m looking for a motivated, early-career Virtual Assistant to work with me across two growing brands: Faceless Brand Builders and Hypno Switch. This is a broad role (20 hours per week to start), but it comes with the opportunity to grow in both responsibility, hours, and pay as the businesses scale.

About the Role

You’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks, including:
Hypno Switch

Drafting and posting blogs

Developing & scheduling social media content

Sending weekly newsletters

Editing audio tracks in Audacity

Approving/monitoring posts in a private support group

Responding to enquiry emails

Uploading content to our custom-built platform (launching late Oct/early Nov)

Faceless Brand Builders

Building planned funnels & courses in systeme.io

Editing/developing YouTube videos (avatars, slides, voiceovers) using CapCut/Canva

Supporting email marketing campaigns

Assisting with community management on systeme.io

Reviewing and creating content featuring AI avatars – so a genuine interest in tech and digital tools is essential

About You

Strong written & spoken English (C2 level) – you’ll be checking hypnotherapy content for clarity & accuracy

Comfortable learning from both direct instruction and tutorials/courses I share

Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions carefully

Curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions

Genuine interest in branding, YouTube editing, funnel building, AI tools, and content creation

Looking for a long-term partnership where we can grow together
