We recently expanded with a branch in Porto, Portugal, and now we’re looking for talented freelance SDRs/BDRs to join our mission of helping small and medium businesses in the US grow.


Role Description

We’re seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) / Business Development Representatives (BDRs) with proven experience in cold calling. This is a remote/freelance role where you’ll be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, and qualifying potential clients.

You’ll be on the front lines of our sales process, qualifying clients and generating leads.


Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls (cold calling) to US businesses, introducing Capital Gurus’ lending solutions.
• Identify and qualify business needs, gather relevant information, and assess client potential.
• Collect client's financial and legal document package for loan approval.
• Use CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) to manage interactions and track progress.
• Meet and exceed weekly KPIs for calls, leads, and meetings scheduled.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of cold calling experience (B2B preferred, US market a strong plus).
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1+ required, near-native preferred).
• Driven, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working with scripts and adapting pitch to different clients.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines.

Requirements
• Availability to work during US business hours (EST/PST overlap).
• Strong internet connection and professional setup for outbound calls.
