Join Blackboard Agency – Video Editor Wanted

At Blackboard, we create scroll-stopping, high-performing ads for some of the fastest-growing DTC and ecommerce brands. Our work blends data-driven strategy with stand-out creative, and now we’re looking for a Video Editor who knows how to turn raw creator footage into ads that actually convert.

Your Role

Edit UGC-style ads that stop the scroll and drive ROAS.

Add engaging text overlays, captions, and transitions that feel native to TikTok, IG Reels, and Meta Ads.

Optimise videos for platform-specific formats and placements.

Elevate pacing, music, and hooks to maximise conversions.

Collaborate with our creative strategists to test and iterate on performance-backed edits.

Who You Are

You’ve edited UGC ads for DTC/ecommerce brands before.

You understand social ad psychology – what makes someone stop, watch, and buy.

Skilled with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

Can edit fast without sacrificing quality.

Obsessed with the details that turn an ad from “just content” into a top performer.
