Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support client fulfillment, GoHighLevel (GHL) setup, automation, and social media. This role is remote and requires strong skills in digital marketing and copywriting.


Full-time position, working Mountain Time U.S hours.


Job duties and responsibilities include the following:

1. Content & Copywriting
- Write SEO-friendly blogs, social posts, and newsletters
- Create email copy for campaigns
- Use tools like ChatGPT for ideas (strong English required)

2. Email Marketing & Automation
- Build and manage email campaigns (GoHighLevel)
- Set up automations and drip sequences
- Design simple email templates

3. Website & Content Management
- Post and update blogs on WordPress
- Make basic edits to website content

4. Project Coordination
- Join client meetings for updates and strategies
- Manage tasks in Asana, Monday, or Trello
- Work with teammates to ensure deadlines are met

5. Graphics & Media Support
- Design visuals in Canva (work with designer for complex needs)
- Create GIFs and do basic video editing

6. Reporting & Documentation
- Create and maintain SOPs
- Document processes for smoother workflows


Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and content writing
- Familiar with GoHighLevel, WordPress, Canva, and project management tools
- Excellent English communication skills
- Organized, independent, and deadline-driven
