JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is not just admin – you’ll also support in the delivery of our digital services.

What we’re looking for:

1. IMPORTANT: At least 5+ years experience working with a digital agency, web development, SEO, or Google Ads company

2. Strong administrative and organisational skills

3. Ability to manage calendars, emails, and client communication professionally

4. Comfortable working with tools like Microsoft 365 inc sharepoint, project management platforms like clickup, and CRMs like gohighlevel

5. Attention to detail and ability to follow processes

6. Bonus if you have hands-on experience with WordPress, SEO tasks, or Google Ads support

What you’ll do:

- Provide daily admin support (inbox, scheduling, document prep)

- Assist with client deliverables (updating websites, reporting, campaign support)

- Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers and ensure projects run smoothly

- Help systemise and document processes
