HR Generalist

We are looking for a People & Culture Associate (HR Generalist) to support our HR operations and culture-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment and onboarding
* Support employee engagement and L&D programs
* Assist with performance reviews and HR operations
* Coordinate payroll, benefits, and employee records
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Behavioral Science, or related fields
* At least 3 years of HR experience (generalist role preferred)
* Strong communication, organization, and people skills
