With 500,000+ assets already tracked and trusted by industry leaders, we’re scaling fast - and now we need a Digital Growth Hacker & Strategist to help us build a world-class digital online presence.

The Role: Full-stack Digital Marketing & Growth Hacker

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, data, and growth experiments. You’ll be the first dedicated digital marketing hire, owning strategy and execution across all growth channels, with a clear career path to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) as we scale globally.

What you’ll do:

- Own MapTrack’s digital presence across web, SEO, AEM, SEM, LinkedIn, and social.
- Build and execute growth experiments to drive inbound leads.
- Setup new marketing & AI systems (paid for by MapTrack)
- Scale paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, retargeting).
- Drive SEO & content marketing to ensure MapTrack's #1 AI enabled platform ranks on Google & LLM's
- Optimize conversion across our website, landing pages, and funnels.
- Set up marketing automation, tracking, and analytics to measure ROI.
- Partner with MapTrack executive team on positioning, storytelling, and brand differentiation.
- Prepare and distribute case studies, testimonials, and reviews to amplify our 5-star reputation.

About You

- 2–5+ years in digital marketing, growth hacking, or performance marketing (SaaS/B2B a big plus).
- Data-driven mindset - you thrive on testing, measuring, iterating.
- Experience in SEO, paid ads, content, and lead generation funnels.
- Hands-on with tools like SEMRush, AI Marketing tools, AHREF, SEO, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot/HubSpot alternatives, analytics dashboards.
- Comfortable owning projects end-to-end
- Ambitious: you want to grow into a CMO role and lead a team.
- Terrific English

Nice to have:

1. B2B SaaS or IoT industry exposure.
2. Experience building SEO, organic traffic & high ROAS compains
3. Familiarity with AI systems & leading a team to help scale.
