Skilled Duda Website Designer / Developer Needed to Build County Fair Website

I am hiring a skilled Duda website designer/developer to transform the existing presentation deck (PDF) into a visually appealing website for a county fair/festival. The project requires FIRST creating a simple splash page that captures the essence of the festival and is ready for IMMEDIATE launch. This first page doesn't have to be perfect, I just need it done as quickly as possible.
**I will pay for the splash page within 24 hours of it being live (all other wages will be paid at the end of the week) ***
The other pages and links can then be added over time. You can use the deck graphics and language to get started and get some ideas to build on. The fair does not start till next year so there will be revisions and it will be an ongoing project.
I may need the ability to connect a ticket sales function later on as well. This should be a simple to drop in to Duda (we can discuss later).

The milestones and expectations for completing tasks are open for discussion based on your feedback for estimated time for completion and hours you are available.

Candidates should have experience in web design and development in Duda, with a focus on user-friendly and responsive design. Please provide examples of previous work. Your creative input will be highly valued!

You will be working with me (Joe) directly. This is a start up and it is my first project, so I will be looking for your advice and opinion. I want you to know you are an important part of my business and I will greatly value everything you have to offer. You will have my full support throughout the project and want to to stress not o hesitate to bring any concerns to my attention.

I also may need some revisions made to the existing pitch deck. If you are able to help with that, please let me know.

I am flexible on the number of hours a week you want to work, as well as the times. We will need to agree on:
-what needs to be done
-what are the milestones and due dates.
-determine when and how often we will communicate

I am flexible and open to discussion on your hourly rate, as this will be an on going project. You skills and speed to complete the project should be reflected in your rate.

There are other projects that may be available if this goes well.
