JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Executive Assistant / Operations Manager to work directly with the CEO of a fast-growing credit repair and financial services company.

This role is more than just admin work — you will be responsible for managing operations, client workflows, and team accountability while also providing high-level executive support. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in credit repair or financial services.

Responsibilities

Executive Assistant Duties

Manage CEO’s calendar, emails, and daily schedule

Draft, edit, and organize documents, reports, and SOPs

Handle confidential information with discretion

Operations Management Duties

Oversee day-to-day operations of the credit repair business

Ensure clients are properly onboarded (contracts, ID, portal access, etc.)

Track dispute rounds, client updates, and deadlines

Build and maintain systems, SOPs, and automations

Manage tasks for remote tea ---------- mbers and follow up on deadlines

Business Growth Support

Prepare KPI and performance reports

Research industry trends, tools, and consumer credit laws

Assist with scaling programs (affiliates, referral agents, partnerships)

Help the CEO turn new ideas into structured, actionable projects

Qualifications

5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Operations Manager

Experience in credit repair, finance, or compliance-heavy industries preferred

Strong knowledge of CRMs and workflow tools (GoHighLevel, DisputeFox, Airtable, etc.)

Excellent written and spoken English (client communication required)

Highly detail-oriented and process-driven

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure

Professional, trustworthy, and proactive attitude

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with credit repair processes and US consumer laws (FCRA, FDCPA)

Experience using credit repair platforms (DisputeFox, Credit Repair Cloud, etc.)

Strong ability to create SOPs and process documents

Comfortable managing remote teams across different time zones
