Job Description:
We're a real estate brokerage expanding into Detroit, building an AI-first lead generation and sales automation system. We're using GoHighLevel, RoboWork, and Zapier to power our funnels, automate outreach, and train new agents.
You’ll help us set up:
? AI agent workflows using RoboWork (Hermes AI SDR, Call Analyzer, Newsletter Writer)
? Zapier workflows to connect GoHighLevel forms, CRM triggers, and RoboWork agents
? A fully automated pipeline that:
Attracts and qualifies investor leads
Books calls automatically
Pushes data into GoHighLevel CRM
Auto-generates LinkedIn DMs,
You will:
Set up Zapier automations triggered by GoHighLevel events (form submissions, pipeline stages)
Connect RoboWork AI agents via Webhooks (Hermes SDR,
Auto-tag and update contacts inside GHL
Create workflows for:
Investor onboarding
Recruit outreach
Social media & video generation
Call quality reporting
Configure lead scoring and basic nurturing logic
Requirements:
Experience with Zapier (multi-step zaps, filters, delays, webhooks)
Comfort working with API endpoints / Webhooks
Knowledge of GoHighLevel CRM (forms, triggers, calendars)
Bonus: Familiarity with real estate workflows or CRMs
Ability to create clear documentation & Loom walkthroughs
