We’re Wavelength Creative – a podcast and video agency helping businesses create content that grows their audience and builds trust.

We’re looking for a detail-driven Content QA and Publishing Specialist to join our team. This role is about protecting quality: making sure every episode, video, and piece of copy is ready to ship. You’ll review, polish, and give feedback to our editors, write show notes and titles, manage scheduling, and handle client feedback behind the scenes.

What you’ll do ---------- . Quality Assurance (QA): Review audio episodes and video content before release. Spot mistakes, glitches, and pacing issues. Provide clear, actionable notes for editors.
2. Editorial Feedback: Provide first-pass editorial feedback on pacing, clarity, and flow – ensuring content feels polished and professional before release – and escalate bigger creative calls to senior producers.
3. Manage the Client Feedback Inbox: Monitor our shared client feedback inbox. Respond to simple queries, log edit requests, and route bigger issues to senior producers. Keep communication timely and professional.
4. Copywriting: Write short-form, audience-focused copy – including show notes, episode titles, and social posts – in the client’s tone of voice.
5. Scheduling: Upload and schedule podcast episodes and social posts for release, ensuring everything goes live on time.


What you’ll bring
------------------------

• Excellent English writing skills – you can craft sharp, engaging copy with no grammar slips.
• Hawk-eye attention to detail – you catch errors others miss.
• Confidence giving feedback to editors, even if you don’t edit yourself.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects on deadlines.
• Bonus: experience in journalism, communications, podcasting, or video production.

Remote work
--------------------

This role is a 100% work-from-home position. At Wavelength, we collaborate completely remotely. Our headquarters are in Melbourne, and we work regular business hours on Australian Eastern Standard Time.

This position is a full-time role.


Remuneration and benefits
----------------------------------------


The salary range for this role is PHP 35,000 to 50,000, depending on your experience and skilll level.
