About Us
We are Bell Curve Solutions – a digital consultancy based in Melbourne, Australia. We help trade and service businesses (like plumbers, electricians, and cleaners) run more efficiently using a platform called ServiceM8. We’re looking for a talented, reliable, Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our growing remote team. This is a long-term role with opportunities to grow your skills and responsibilities over time.
Job Overview
This role will start with you developing ServiceM8 skills through undertaking a structured training program. Once you're up to speed, you will start with support work in ServiceM8 and grow into assisting our clients with admin support tasks. If you have experience using ServiceM8 (or similar trade-related management platforms) or technology support skills, this job could be a great fit for you.
Your Tasks Will Include:
Phase 1: Learn & Support
• Complete the structured ServiceM8 training
• Learn how we use ServiceM8 for quoting, invoicing, and job management
• Help us create and update ServiceM8 forms and templates
• Assist with documenting internal processes
Phase 2: Expand Responsibilities
• Help review client ServiceM8 accounts and give feedback
• Build automations, SMS/email templates, and assist in ServiceM8 setups
• Draft social media post content for our clients
• Help grow our Social Media practice
Phase 3: Client Admin Support
• Manage job boards, schedule bookings, send quotes and invoices for our clients
• Communicate with our clients' customers through phone,
• Help with internal admin or content tasks when needed
What We’re Looking For
• MUST have strong written and spoken English.
• Punctuality, reliability and excellent time management are essential.
• Social media design skills (including Meta Business Suite and Google Business).
• At least 2 years of VA or admin experience.
• Confident using software and learning new tools.
• Can work independently and follow clear instructions.
Bonus Skills (Not required but a plus)
• Experience with ServiceM8 or similar job management platforms
• Data, IT or related qualifications/experience
• Experience with AI Tools (eg: ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot)
• Experience working with Australian clients
• Knowledge of tradie or service businesses
• Confident in PDF/Word document formatting
Work Hours & Setup
• MUST have Windows PC (or Laptop), 2nd monitor, and stable internet connection
• Flexible schedule (20–40 hours/week)
• Availability during Australian business hours (be available to start at 9a
• Have quiet working environment
