Polo Stew is a vintage clothing brand based in Austin, Texas. We specialize in 90s–2000s sportswear, pop culture, and collectible one-of-one vintage apparel. We mainly sell on eBay and are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help us scale by managing listings, customer service, and inventory tracking.

???? Responsibilities

Create draft listings on eBay (via Vendoo) from provided photos + SKU info

Fill in titles, categories, measurements, and item specifics using templates

Maintain Google Sheets inventory (update SKUs, sold items, cost of goods)

End and relist older eBay listings to keep them fresh

Send offers to watchers and assist with sales/promotions

Reply to simple buyer messages with provided templates

???? Requirements

Strong English writing skills

Detail-oriented — able to enter accurate sizes, measurements, and keywords

Experience with eBay, Poshmark, Depop, or Vendoo preferred (but training provided)

Reliable internet and quick communication (within 24 hours)
