Appointment Setters

We are building a highly committed appointment-setting team for a U.S.-based roofing and remodeling company marketing acquisition as well as cold sms to acquire detailer clients. The role involves following our proven Cold SMS + Call strategy to convert provided leads into qualified appointments. You will be trained with clear SOPs and automation support, ensuring you can consistently generate results while maximizing your earning potential.

Compensation
• Base Pay: $2–$4 per hour (depending on experience and performance)
• Commissions: Competitive structure on every qualified appointment set that leads to revenue
• Bonuses: Performance-based incentives for top closers and consistent setters

Responsibilities
• Follow SOP-driven scripts to send and respond to cold SMS leads
• Call leads after initial SMS to qualify them and book appointments into the calendar
• Maintain professionalism while using our “bait and switch” style framework to generate interest
• Consistently meet weekly and monthly KPIs for booked appointments
• Accurately log activity and outcomes within our automated system

Qualifications
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
