Video Editor

We’re a fast-paced digital marketing agency based in Sydney, working across high-end jewellery, aesthetics, wellness, kitchen, food & beverage, and more. We produce a large volume of short-form content (Reels, TikToks, ads) for clients every week, and we’re on the lookout for a talented Video Editor to join our remote team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Editing short-form vertical content for Instagram/FB reels, TikTok, Youtube Shorts and Facebook Ads
- Occasionally editing landscape content for websites and professional ads
- Working with a mix of professionally shot footage and trending styles
- Turning around videos quickly and consistently, we need multiple videos daily
- Collaborating with our content team to align with client branding and campaign goals

What We're Not Looking For:
- No heavy jump cuts or excessive zooms
- No oversized text popping up all over the screen
- We prefer clean edits, intentional cuts, subtle motion, and storytelling over gimmicks

Requirements:
- Strong experience in editing portrait short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
- Excellent sense of pacing, branding, and platform-appropriate edits
- Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality
- Good understanding of modern visual trends, transitions, and sound syncing
- Reliable communication and ability to take feedback
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools

Bonus If You Have:
- Experience editing ads or branded content
- Understanding of storytelling for different industries
- Eye for aesthetics, especially in fashion, beauty, or luxury
