About Us
We are a fast-growing business funding company helping entrepreneurs and small businesses access working capital through Merchant Cash Advances (MCA) and other financing solutions. We’re seeking a proactive Business Development & Marketing Associate to manage outreach, lead nurturing, and client acquisition using GoHighLevel (GHL) and other marketing tools.
Responsibilities
Cold Calling & Follow-Ups: Call business owners, pitch MCA funding, and manage follow-up conversations.
Email
Lead Nurturing: Build relationships, qualify leads, and move them through the sales pipeline.
CRM Management: Maintain lead data, activity logs, and pipeline tracking in GoHighLevel.
Reporting & Analytics: Track campaign performance, conversion metrics, and provide weekly updates.
Marketing Support: Help optimize messaging, workflows, and outreach strategies in GHL.
Qualifications
Experience in sales, cold calling, or business development (MCA/finance experience is a plus).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel,
Resilient, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
