About Us

We are a business funding company providing Merchant Cash Advances (MCA) to small and medium-sized businesses. We’re looking for a motivated MCA Closer to focus on converting qualified leads into funded clients using phone, email, and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

Speak directly with business owners to present MCA funding options.

Qualify leads and guide them through the application and funding process.

Handle objections and answer questions to ensure smooth conversions.

Update lead status and notes in CRM (GoHighLevel).

Follow up consistently via phone, email, and SMS until deals are closed.

Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to improve conversion strategies.

Skills Needed

Proven experience in closing deals, preferably in MCA, business funding, or finance.

Excellent verbal communication and persuasive sales skills.

Objection handling and negotiation skills.

Comfortable using CRM platforms like GoHighLevel for tracking and follow-ups.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.

Ability to work independently and meet or exceed monthly quotas.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay + commission per funded MCA deal (high earning potential).

Training on MCA products and funding processes.
