Key Responsibilities

Administrative

Organize contracts, tax documents, and client files in Google Drive.

Create/update SOPs for onboarding, payroll, newsletters, and recurring tasks.

Manage email inboxes, engagement letters, invoices, and payment links.

Support client onboarding: welcome emails, portal setup, checklists.

Track tax filings, payroll, and deliverables.

Lead Generation

Build/manage targeted lead lists.

Use LinkedIn, Alignable, and networking platforms for outreach.

Oversee social media posts, newsletters, and YouTube content.

Track leads in CRM and ensure consistent follow-ups.

Research events, expos, and associations for client growth.

Networking

Identify and register for networking opportunities.

Support event prep with slide decks, postcards, and branded collateral.

Capture and follow up with leads after events.

Requirements

Experience in accounting, tax, or business services preferred (fast learners welcome).

Strong background in operations, marketing, or client support.

Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, Canva, CRM tools (HoneyBook, HubSpot, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Independent, organized, and deadline-driven.
