We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual to join our Sonic Plushie YouTube channel as a full-time Content Creator & Plush Puppeteer. This role involves producing high-quality plush videos by syncing character dialogue with puppet movement, setting up visually engaging scenes, and managing the overall quality of recordings and props.

The ideal candidate has strong puppeteering skills, experience with video production, and a passion for storytelling and character performance. You’ll be responsible for bringing Sonic and related characters to life through precise movement, expressive scenes, and entertaining content that meets the channel’s style and quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

Performing with plush characters on camera, ensuring their movements are accurately synced with pre-recorded voice lines

Setting up varied and visually interesting scenes using indoor and outdoor locations, props, and backdrops

Operating camera and audio equipment to capture clean, high-quality footage and sound

Editing video content using professional software to create smooth, engaging final products

Maintaining plush characters, props, and sets to ensure they are clean, well-organized, and camera-ready

Ensuring consistent visual style and production quality across all episodes

Assisting with story development, shot planning, and creative direction as needed

Working independently or with a small team to meet a consistent upload schedule

Requirements:

Strong hand coordination and attention to detail for syncing plush movements to voice lines

Experience with video and audio recording equipment, lighting setups, and filming techniques

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools

A good eye for visual composition, scene layout, and storytelling through movement

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work full time with a consistent content production schedule

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in content creation, animation, film production, or performance

Familiarity with the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise and its characters

Experience in scripting or storyboarding for short-form video content

Voice acting or character performance experience
