Job Description:

We are The Thriving Couple ( ---------- ), a U.S.-based coaching company helping entrepreneurial couples thrive in life, love, and legacy. We are the authors of The Cohesive Couple (Amazon Bestseller) and are growing our community and programs rapidly.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant & Project Manager who thrives on structure, accountability, and execution. This is not just an admin role — you will be the operational driver behind our business, ensuring that systems are built, projects are delivered, and nothing slips through the cracks.

Role Breakdown:

Project Management (50%)

Lead and coordinate multiple ongoing projects (workshops, courses, events, marketing campaigns, community growth).
Translate vision into clear action plans with deadlines, owners, and accountability.
Run project updates during tea ---------- etings and keep leadership aligned on priorities.

GoHighLevel (40%)

Build and manage funnels, pipelines, tagging, campaigns, and automation workflows.
Oversee CRM migrations and onboarding flows for new clients and community members.
Ensure clean data, smooth automations, and efficient lead management.

Executive Assistant Support (10%)
Manage inbox and scheduling to keep the owner focused and on time.
Coordinate with contractors (videographers, workflow specialists, designers).
Ensure communication is professional, on-brand, and error-free before it goes out.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience with GoHighLevel (funnels, workflows, automation, pipelines).
Strong project management skills — confident in holding others accountable and keeping leaders on track.
Excellent written and verbal English; detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills.
Tech-savvy, resourceful, and quick to learn.
Proactive, self-starting personality who doesn’t just wait for tasks but drives results.
Comfortable working in a startup environment (fast-moving, evolving systems, lots of ownership).
Available to work U.S. business hours.

Preferred (but not required):

Experience in digital marketing, content management, or community growth.
Background in supporting coaches, consultants, or online businesses.

What We Offer:

Long-term role with a growing U.S.-based company.
A chance to step into a key leadership-support role and grow with the company.
A mission-driven environment helping couples thrive in life, love, and business.
