Reddit Account Manager

$2 to $3 an hour. 36 hours a week.
We are looking for a highly organized and creative Reddit Account Manager to help manage, grow, and engage multiple Reddit accounts. The ideal candidate understands Reddit culture, knows how to create engaging posts and comments, and can manage accounts across a variety of subreddits while following community rules. This role requires consistency, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily posting and commenting across multiple Reddit accounts.
• Research and participate in relevant subreddits to build account presence and credibility.
• Create compelling post titles, captions, and replies that fit subreddit culture.
• Track account analytics such as karma growth, engagement, and traffic.
• Build and maintain a posting schedule to ensure consistent activity.
• Monitor subreddit rules and adapt posting strategies to avoid removals or bans.
• Report weekly results and suggest improvements for growth.

Requirements
• Strong familiarity with Reddit and its community culture.
• Experience managing social media accounts (Reddit experience preferred).
• Excellent written English and ability to adapt tone depending on the subreddit.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain natural, authentic activity.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of Reddit algorithms, karma growth strategies, and best practices.
• Experience using scheduling tools, VPNs, or proxies for account management.
• Creative thinking and ability to spot trends early.
• Basic data tracking (Google Sheets/Excel) to log activity and performance.
