Digital Marketing Assistant (Meta, Google & CRM)

Maverick Connect Agency is a fast-growing performance marketing agency specializing in real estate, hospitality, home improvement, automotive, and e-commerce. We design and manage online lead generation and paid advertising strategies that deliver measurable results for our clients.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Digital Marketing Assistant to support our team with campaign execution, CRM management, and client reporting. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while working alongside experts in multiple industries.

This is not strictly part-time; the workload starts at 10–15 hours per week with potential to expand. Compensation is competitive, based on skills, reliability, and performance.

Responsibilities

Assist with Meta Ads campaign setup and management (primary focus).

Support Google Ads campaign setup and management where required.

Assist with CRM setup, automation, and lead management for client accounts.

Help prepare professional client reports summarizing campaign performance.

Collaborate closely with senior team members, learning step by step how and when to take action.
