Lead Generation Specialist (Outbound Email)

We’re a fast-growing VC backed AI startup. We run outbound email campaigns to connect with companies in our target industries, and we’re looking for someone detail-oriented and reliable to help us build and maintain high-quality lead lists.

This role starts with prospecting and research but has room to grow into owning more if you do well.

Responsibilities
- Research and identify companies that fit our target customer profile.
- Use ---------- (and other AI tools) to find the right decision-makers.
- Collect and verify lead data.
- Maintain clean, deduplicated, up-to-date lead lists in Google Sheets/CRM.
- Communicate clearly with the team and suggest improvements to make processes more efficient.

Requirements
- Strong written English and attention to detail.
- Experience with ---------- , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar lead gen tools.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets.
- Self-starter: able to follow guidelines but also think critically.
